Annual Electrical Safety Inspection

Every plan includes a full inspection covering:

Inspect the main electrical panel and accessible subpanels
Check breakers for damage, overheating, corrosion, or improper sizing
Tighten accessible electrical panel connections as needed
Inspect service entrance conductors and equipment
Inspect meter base visually for damage or overheating
Check grounding and bonding connections
Test accessible GFCI outlets
Test accessible AFCI breakers
Test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
Inspect accessible outlets and switches for damage or overheating
Check exterior outlets and weatherproof covers
Inspect accessible junction boxes for missing covers
